Kings Lake

The lake properties at Kings Lake are ideal due to the proximity to Yarmouth (only about 15 minutes by car), the orientation to the west and the size of the lake. The plots are connected by road and electricity. Lot 4 also has a rough gravel road (approx. 250m) to the possible building site. The Lot 3 to 5 rise very strongly from the shore, which gives a fantastic view. The plots are fully wooded with higher trees on the shore and young forest inside.

Lot 40 was afforested with pine trees about 25 years ago and a valuable commercial forest is growing here. In addition, the plot has about 70m of shore at the Tusket River. This is the largest river in the south of Nova Scotia.
