Lake Pleasant is located just 90 minutes from Halifax and 30 minutes away from Bridgewater and Middleton, in the town of Springfield
in the western center of Nova Scotia. Our development borders to a small campsite of the Air Force.

The plots are fully accessible by road and electricity. The orientation to the S and W is optimal. The terrain is slightly uphill.
All plots are covered with a mixed forest.
The lots in the second row have access and access rights on lot Nr.3.

In Springfield, there is a small shop, hospital or larger shops are located in Bridgewater and Middleton.

The lake has a length of about 2.5 km and a depth of up to 6m. It is very suitable for all water activities.
