Due to the pandemic, no organized viewing week is currently offered.
However, individual viewing appointments can be made at any time.

Sequence of events during the inspection week (as soon as this is possible)
- Day 1: Arrival in southern Nova Scotia (accommodation in the house at the lake)
- Day 2-3: Lot inspection with personal tour
- Day 4-5: Canoe tour, flying over the lots, fishing, excursion, barbecue
- Day 6: Departure
During the week we will try to show every potential buyer “their” selected or reserved lots. We fly with Condor via Frankfurt to Halifax, flights via London are also possible. Other variants with the meeting point in Halifax are possible in principle. In addition, the houses built by our buyers are visited to show the opportunities of building a house in Canada. In the remaining time, depending on desire and mood, and also on the weather, there will be additional activities to get to know the land and people in this area better.
Information and inspection week prices
Each participant has to pay the airplane ticket himself. Airfare from about € 700,-. We work with a travel agency that offers the flights.
- We have 2 to 3 houses available for accommodation at the Sissiboo. Each participant or couple will be accommodated in their own room. Depending on the number of participants a sufficient number of rental cars will be organized by us. For breakfast and dinner there are food and beverage costs. Restaurant visits are paid by everyone. The costs for accommodation, rental car with fuel, shared food and drink costs at the Sissiboo amount to approximately € 400.- for the entire week.
As in the past years people without purchase intentions have spent a week with us in Canada, we now charge a contribution of € 1,000.- from all our fellow travelers. There is the possibility to reserve a parcel until the end of the inspection week. For a basic purchase, this amount will be credited in full to the purchase price. If there is no purchase, the entire amount will be deducted from us for expenses and activities of the visit week.
